Pat Hauge is a co-founder and managing partner of Hedge Wealth, a comprehensive financial services firm serving physicians, business owners, professionals, and families nationwide.
A third-generation financial advisor, Pat began his career in 2009 and specializes in helping clients protect their income, build wealth, and create long-term financial security. His approach focuses on understanding each client’s goals and developing personalized strategies that align with their vision for the future.
Pat is passionate about guiding physicians through key financial milestones, from residency and fellowship through their transition into practice and retirement. His mission is to help clients build and preserve wealth for generations.
Originally from Missoula, Montana, Pat earned a degree in International Studies from the University of Washington and spent three years teaching in Nagasaki, Japan. He lives in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs.
